Name

This is the active printer and printer connection. Use the listbox to choose a different printer.

Properties

Allows you to specify paper, graphics, font, and device options for the active printer.

Status

Describes the state of the selected printer, for example busy or idle.

Type

Identifies the type of the active printer.

Where

Identifies the location of the active printer.

Comment

Additional information about the active printer.

Print to file

Sends print job to a file instead of to the active printer.

Print Range

Specify the pages you want to print:

All Prints the entire document.

Pages Prints the range of pages you specify in the From and To boxes.

Copies

Number of Copies

Specify the number of copies you want to print for the above page range.

OK

Submits the specified print job.

Cancel

Closes this dialog without making any changes.
